This workshop will be facilitated by Anna McIvor, Liz Serocold, Bev Sedley and Kate Honey
The Work that Reconnects is a process designed by Joanna Macy to help us face the fear and despair that we may feel when we look at the state of the world, and to help us move through this and find the energy and motivation to act to make things better. The day will consist of a variety of experiential exercises, including both fun elements and the chance to express these difficult feelings. The purpose of the workshop is to unblock our energy, so that we can refind our inspiration and joy at being alive on this beautiful planet at this time of great change.
The cost of the workshop is likely to be around £10 to £20 (to cover the cost of the venue hire), and the day will start at 10:30am and finish by 5:30pm, in the community room at Newnham Croft Primary School, Chedworth Street, Cambridge.
To book, please send an e-mail to Anna with your name, e-mail and phone number, and we'll send you more information.
