Raising Awareness in Cambridge

Over the last two years we've put on lots of films and organised stalls at local fairs and fetes, in order to raise awareness about the twin issues of climate change and peak oil. Now that the new hub has formed, we can focus more of our energy on just raising awareness!

Our next big series of events is the Environment Festival, and we'd really appreciate some help with all our stalls and events during the two-week festival, from 12th to 26th June. Please do get in touch if you can help - thank you!

Our usual meetings are alternate Thursdays in the CafeProject at 22 Jesus Lane, from 6 to 7:30 (before the cafe night). The current members of this group are James, Nicky, Pippa, Ceri, Ivan and Anna. If you'd like to get involved with raising awareness about these issues in Cambridge, please come along!

Places to put up posters

We are currently compiling a list of good places to put up posters for events etc. If you know of good places, or would be able to help put up posters, let us know!
