STIR magazine offer to Transition members

STIR Magazine is a quarterly magazine that promotes community-led, co-operative and environmental alternatives. It looks at how co-operative and community-orientated ideas can transform our food and energy systems, our educational spaces, technology and engineering and other important aspects of our lives. Each issue they feature a 'Transition' column written by contributors from different Transition initiatives in the UK. They've just published their Autumn issue with the "The Future of Money" as a theme, and they're now working on the next issue which will be published at the beginning of January and is generally themed around land issues, eco-villages, community farms and the environment. They've been in touch to let us know that they are running a special offer of free postage and packaging on the current issue for UK Transition initiatives and members. If you'd like to take them up on this offer, you can buy the issue here (costs £3.95). See the Stir to Action web-site for more information about the organisation.
