On this page we will list the venues that we use often, with their contact details, rates, and notes about using them. If you haven't run an event before, read our advice first.

This venue is very centrally located, with a nearby cycle and car park and with good access. There are a variety of rooms, which are relatively inexpensive (although the hire rates have just gone up).

Ross Street Community Centre

CapacityThe Hall holds up to 65 people (50 seated) and has kitchen facilities. There are also two smaller rooms.

This venue is in the Mill Road area. There is a small car park and cycle racks. It is often available at weekends.

This venue is central (bottom of Downing Street) but parking is difficult. There is room for some bicycles on the railings down the side path. There is some parking in Trumpington Street but it fills up very quickly. The Downing Street car park is a short walk away.

This venue is central (near the bus station). There is a kitchen for teas and things. Locking up is complicated but when we hired this for the EU Referendum Cafe the minister (Andrew Brown) came to the event and did it with us. He is very friendly and helpful.
